Pulling together by staying apart

The world is a very different place this week.

Normal everyday things have to change as society tries its best to tackle the current public health crisis. Sadly, for us, one of those things is our ability to meet face-to-face with our members in light of the recent government guidance.

It has always been so important for us to offer members the chance to talk to us in person.

It helps us to build genuine relationships with the people that we are trying to help. So it is with a heavy heart that we have taken the decision to close our office to the public for the foreseeable future.

Our community appointments are also being cancelled, and done over the phone where possible. The main priority for everyone at CLEVR Money is to protect the health and well-being of our staff and customers.

This is very closely followed by our commitment to continue providing all of the expected credit union services, which some people may be relying on even more than usual in the coming weeks. Thankfully we already have lots of things in place which allow us to continue operating as normal. Members can already apply for loans and withdraw money from their accounts online by using the Members Area of the CLEVR Money website.

Our team will still be working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, and helping out those who struggle to use the website.

We expect our phone lines to be extremely busy and would ask people to try the website in the first instance, and to be patient with us if they can’t get through.

We will get back to you as soon as we can !

Thank you.
