We’re giving away a family ticket (up to 5 people), to see “Elf The Musical” at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool!
The giveaway is running across our Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn accounts and closes at 9am on 9th November 2022.

The promoter is Blackpool, Fylde & Wyre Credit Union Ltd whose registered office is 13 Birley Street, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY1 1EG
The giveaway is open to active members of CLEVR Money aged 18 years or over
CLEVR Money employees, directors, committee members and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the giveaway are ineligible to enter the giveaway.
No purchase necessary to enter this promotion.
The closing date for entry will be 9am on 9th November 2022. After this date, no further entries to the giveaway will be permitted.
By entering this giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Only one entry will be accepted per person, on each social media platform.
Multiple entries from the same person, on the same platform will be disqualified.
You may enter the giveaway 1 time on each of our social media platforms.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any reason.
The rules of the giveaway and how to enter are as follows:
To enter you must be an active member of CLEVR Money.
You must like/follow the CLEVR Money page on the social media platform that you are entering via.
You must comment on the original post, to let us know that you wish to participate.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The prize is a family ticket (for 5) to see Elf The Musical at the Winter Gardens, Blackpool during it's December 15th - 26th 2022 run.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen: at random, from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and or its agents.
The winner will be notified within 5 days of the closing date, using any contact details that CLEVR Money holds. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
