Coronavirus (COVID-19) Customer Information
We appreciate that the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) is currently being felt across the UK and you may have concerns about the potential impact on your credit union account.
We would like to reassure you that we are devoting all necessary resources to minimise disruption and ensure that you can continue to use the services that you rely on.
In light of the latest government guidance we have taken the decision to cease face-to-face appointments with immediate effect.
The Birley Street branch will be closed to the public and we will be suspending our community appointments until further notice.
Crucially, you can still access your savings and apply for loans during this time.
CLEVR Money staff will continue working behind the scenes to keep the credit union fully operational and providing support to our members.
Access to your CLEVR Money Account
Members will still be able to access their accounts as normal by using the online Member Area on the CLEVR Money website.
All transactions including deposits, withdrawals and loans can now be carried out online and members should now use those services.
Telephone lines will also remain open but we would ask for your patience as we expect to be dealing with a high volume of calls.
