We always enjoy hearing about how our services have supported our members. With the cost-of-living crisis making things difficult for so many people, it's more important than ever that we make sure the people of Blackpool, Fylde, Wyre, Preston and central Lancaster know that we are here for them.

We're asking for this as part of a project with the organisation Fair4All Finance, which is working to raise the profile of the community finance sector across the UK. The information in the form will be seen by Think Communications, which is Fair4All Finance's press agency.
