Payments that we automatically send to your bank account: will be processed as usual on 24th December, 27th December, 30th December, 31st December.

If we receive your benefits early, we will send your payment early.

Withdrawals: online requests submitted by 9am will be processed the same day on 24th December, 27th December, 30th December, 31st December.

Online requests submitted after 9am will be processed the next working day.

Christmas Saver Accounts: lock on January 1st 2025. Once this happens, you will be unable to withdraw from the account until 1st November 2025.

Applications AFTER December 16th

Applications submitted after December 16th are not guaranteed to receive a decision before Christmas.
